If you’re not completely satisfied, due to reasonable issue, you have up to 60 days from delivery to request a return. If your item is defective, you can request a return anytime within that window.

To initiate a return:

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship the product back.

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, unless you’re returning due to a quality or defect issue.

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return.

• Opened or heavily used items may not qualify unless there’s a defect or issue with the product.
